Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky in a message to the unveiling ceremony of the Hausa translation of the book "Cell No. 14: The Autobiography of Ayatollah Khamenei"
Martyr Khamenei and his pure blood will continue to haunt the cancerous Zionist regime
The unveiling of the Hausa translation of the book "Cell No. 14: The Autobiography of Ayatollah Khamenei" took place on May 18, 2026, in Tehran. The ceremony featured a special video message from Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and was attended by Dr. Fatemeh Mohajerani, the respected government spokesperson, along with a number of esteemed scholars and international figures who addressed the gathering.
During the same event, the German and Kazakh translations of the work — translated and published by the International Affairs Department of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of Martyr Imam Khamenei (may God sanctify his noble soul) — were also unveiled.
In an interview at the ceremony, Government Spokesperson Dr. Fatemeh Mohajerani emphasized the martyred Leader's particular interest in reading novels and underscored the importance of translating and publishing the biographies of prominent figures of the Islamic Revolution into various languages. She described this as a way to introduce people around the world to the roots of the Iranian nation's steadfastness against oppression.
A special highlight of the ceremony was the screening of a video message from Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, the leader of the Shia community in Nigeria. In his message, Zakzaky referred to the family and revolutionary background of Martyr Imam Khamenei, describing him as "the best successor to Imam Khomeini (ra)." He stated: "The martyred Leader, despite the injury he carried for over four decades, stood firm on the path of the Revolution and the defense of the Islamic Ummah with the energy and resolve of a young man."
Sheikh Zakzaky also recalled the incident in which the current US president, during his first term in office, sent a letter to Martyr Khamenei — a letter that the martyred Leader refused to even receive. He recounted a statement by an American citizen about the incident, adding: "It was as if Imam Khomeini himself had come back to life."
The Nigerian Shia leader went on to describe Martyr Khamenei as a rare figure in knowledge, courage, foresight, and leadership, and emphasized that the followers of the martyred Leader pledge to walk the same path as him.
Sheikh Zakzaky also spoke of the effect of the blood of Martyr Khamenei, stating: "Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei showed what a true leader should be — a leader who thinks of the people, not of himself. He was deeply concerned with the survival of the Ummah. And without a doubt, his blood will continue to haunt the supporters of the criminals until the Zionist cancerous entity is destroyed and Western arrogance collapses, God willing."
He concluded his remarks by emphasizing the bright future of the Front of Truth against Arrogance under the leadership of Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei: "Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei, God willing, will continue this path until the end of Global Arrogance and the establishment of the one and only supreme power of the Islamic Revolution."
The book "Cell No. 14: The Autobiography of Ayatollah Khamenei" is the autobiography of Martyr Imam Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei, recounting parts of his life, childhood, family environment, seminary studies, political struggles, and his years of imprisonment and exile up until the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The work was first published in Arabic and has since been translated into over twenty languages. The English audio version of "Cell No. 14: The Autobiography of Ayatollah Khamenei" is also available through Khamenei.ir media outlets.
