Art of Resistance: How "The Land of Angels" was made with faith and conviction

The Right Side of History Medal was awarded to a group of international activists, artists, and politicians in Tehran on June 9, 2026 — at a ceremony held on Keshvardoost Street, just meters from where Imam Khamenei was martyred.

The Syrian actress, Sulaf Fawakherji, in a video message sent to the ceremony, reflected on a film made for the children of Gaza — whose laughter has been occupied and simplest dreams have become unreachable — and said that Palestine is the compass that guides those who refuse to stand on the wrong side of history.
