The Right Side of History Medal was awarded to a group of international activists, artists, and politicians in Tehran on June 9, 2026 — at a ceremony held on Keshvardoost Street, just meters from where Imam Khamenei was martyred.

Charlotte Kates, coordinator of Samidoun, invoked the martyred Leader's words to American university students — "As the page of history is turning, you are standing on the right side of it" — and argued that two years later, they ring truer than ever, as the Resistance across Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran has shown the world that imperialism can be humiliated and Zionism is weaker than a spider's web.
