Regional countries must determine their position with regard to the aggressors

We share land or sea borders with 15 countries and have always wanted, and still want, warm, constructive relations with all of them. However, the enemy has been gradually establishing military and financial bases in some of these countries over the years to secure its dominance over the region. In the recent attacks [against Iran], a number of military bases were used. These [regional] countries must determine their position with regard to the aggressors who have attacked our beloved homeland and murdered our people. I advise them to shut down those [US] bases as soon as possible.
